1. Barack Obama has a history of associations with far-left radicals, including communists, unrepentant terrorists, racists, black nationalists, radical Palestinian apologists, and corrupt slumlords. Obama could not even qualify for a basic security clearance if he was applying for a government job because of his close association with the likes of William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. This is the true Obama before he made his cynical slide to the middle for the general election.

2. Obama is completely untrustworthy and lacks the judgment to be President. He has lied, dissembled, or dismissed charges about his record and radical associates, and failed to release significant medical and school documents.

3. Other than a speech he gave at the Democratic National Convention in 2004, and his campaigning for the Presidency for the past two years, Barack Obama has no experience which qualifies him to be President of the United States. Barack Obama has never made an executive decision for a city, let alone the world. He is the ultimate empty suit.

4. If elected, Barack Obama would have the ability to appoint as many as 2-3 far-left judges to the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as hundreds of like-minded judges to the U.S. Courts of Appeal and District Courts. This will allow him to enforce his radical agenda on the United States, including the imposition of unlimited right to abortion, gun control, same-sex marriage, the “fairness” doctrine, racial quotas, the elimination of the secret ballot in labor union organizing elections, and a whole host of other far-left political goals.

5. Barack Obama is a classic ‘tax and spend’ leftist. He has proposed nearly $1 trillion in new spending, and significant redistributionist tax increases which will do significant harm to the American economy. Moreover, he has expressed a radical view of the U.S. Constitution which seeks to advance a doctrine of positive rights and government benefits, rather than the doctrine of negative rights which restrains the reach of government over individual liberty.

6. Barack Obama has little understanding of international affairs and would invite challenges from hostile and rogue nations. He once admitted that the “strongest experience I have in foreign relations is the fact that I spent four years living overseas when I was a child.” Even his running mate, Joe Biden, said “Mark my words. It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama. The world is looking. We're going to have an international crisis ... to test the mettle of this guy. I guarantee you it's gonna happen.”

7. Barack Obama has advocated dangerous reductions in military spending in the face of global terrorist threats; and the abandonment of the strategic defense initiative in the face of a growing nuclear threat from the likes of Iran and North Korea.

8. Obama wants to dramatically expand the public sector which, in Europe, has dramatically curtailed economic and private sector job growth.

9. As an Illinois state senator, he was an active opponent of the bi-partisan welfare reform legislation passed by President Bill Clinton and the Republican Congress in 1996.

10. Barack chose to join Trinity United Church of Christ because of its radical black nationalist focus, propounded by its virulent racist preacher, Jeremiah Wright. He spent 20 years listening to Rev. Wright’s extremist and inflammatory rhetoric and only renounced Wright when it became a detriment to his presidential aspirations.

11. Barack Obama supports comprehensive immigration reform and legalized status for the 12-20 million people who violated U.S. immigration laws. Once these illegals become voters and permanently tip the political balance, American taxpayers can kiss their country goodbye.

12. Barack Obama will increase Social Security taxes for individuals making more than $200,000 and families making more than $250,000. This will fundamentally change the Social Security system from a defined contribution and benefit program of social insurance into a welfare program. He also supports participation by illegal immigrants.

13. Barack Obama is opposed to the Defense of Marriage Act and in favor of gay marriage. While claiming that marriage is between a man and a woman, he is opposed to the California ballot referendum which would outlaw gay marriage.

14. Barack Obama received his initial financial backing from the now convicted Chicago slumlord, Tony Rezko for whom he carried out numerous favors while he served in the Illinois State Senate.

15. Barack Obama won his first elective office by challenging the petitions of his three opponents, knocking them all off the ballot using the tactics of radical organizer, Saul Alinsky.

16. Barack Obama has no serious energy plan. It is long on conservation and talk, but short on developing new sources of energy. Barack Obama has opposed nuclear energy, offshore drilling, and drilling in ANWR.

17. Barack Obama represented special interests (the Chicago teacher unions) in opposing educational reform in Illinois. He was a shameless “watchdog” for the Chicago teachers unions, and the Chicago political machine, protecting their political patronage privileges at the expense of Chicago’s schoolchildren.

18. As a member of the Judiciary Committee of the Illinois State Senate, he was frequently late for committee meetings and made no meaningful contributions to the legislative process.

19. Barack Obama has cultivated an image of himself as a political reformer, an image accepted uncritically by the media. Yet, it is a complete lie, contradicted by his record of acquiescence to the corrupt political establishment in Chicago, in Illinois, and in Washington.

Barack Obama broke his word to the American people by backing out of the public system of financing presidential campaigns, a system every Democratic and Republican candidate has accepted since 1976. This has given him an enormous fundraising advantage over Senator John McCain who agreed to abide by the system. Apparently, Obama's wildly successful fundraising efforts convinced him that the benefits of private campaign cash outweighed any negative reaction from voters over breaking his word.

21. Barack Obama actively opposed President Clinton’s welfare reform act in the Illinois State Senate, yet shamelessly took credit for welfare reform in his campaign ads.

Barack Obama exaggerated his role in many bills, including ethics reform legislation which faced little opposition, and which was handed to him by his political godfather, State Senator Emil Jones. Jones also took racial profiling and videotaped confession legislation from its original sponsors and assigned it to Obama who, today, takes all the credit after doing little of the work.

23. Barack Obama voted “present” 130 times in the Illinois State Senate in order to avoid taking a stand on issues that might come back to haunt him.

Curiously, the calculation, cynicism, expediency, self advancement which characterized Barack Obama the politician was in marked contrast to the Barack Obama revealed in his autobiography, Dreams from My Father. The most convincing explanation for this is that his autobiography was ghostwritten, some say by his political associate, William Ayers.

25. As reported in the Washington Post, when a bipartisan Senate group in Washington reached a deal on immigration reform and was heading for a press conference, Obama asked if he could come along. He surprised his fellow senators by approaching the microphone first and taking credit for the legislation.

26. In 2007, while sitting on the Senate Judiciary Committee, he was rarely in attendance at committee meetings and often late. On one occasion, when he arrived late and began asking questions already asked earlier in the hearing, he was rebuked by Senators Spector and Kennedy.

27. Obama's record in the United States Senate reveal him to be a completely partisan figure, usually carrying water for the leadership, and making no effort toward bipartisanship. His record as an Illinois legislator is the same, with no record of working across party lines.

While at a fundraiser on San Francisco’s “Millionaire’s Row”, Barack Obama described residents of small town America in the kind of language Saul Alinsky would have used: “you go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, a lot of them, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest…the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them…so it’s not surprising then that they get bitter and they cling to guns or religion…or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them.” This was Obama speaking from the heart when he assumed the media and the rest of America weren’t listening.

38. Barack Obama has an appallingly limited grasp of history. As justification for his desire to sit down with leaders of rogue nations without preconditions, he claimed that John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, and Ronald Reagan all sat down with the leaders of hostile regimes. However, none of these meetings were without preconditions and were preceded by negotiations with lower level state department personnel. And, in the case of Kennedy’s encounter with Nikita Khrushchev at the beginning of his administration, Kennedy came out the loser. The Berlin Wall came crashing down because Ronald Reagan stood down Michael Gorbachev not, as Obama proclaimed, “because of a world that stands as one.”

39. Barack Obama supported the most extreme pro-abortion positions in the Illinois Senate, including the kind of late-term abortion in which a doctor induces birth in order to abort the baby. The goal of late-term abortion is to prevent the baby from living outside the mother’s womb, even when it is ready to do so. On March 30, 2001, he was the only Illinois senator who spoke against a bill to protect babies that survive late-term abortions. Following a 98-0 U.S. Senate passage of the Born Alive Infants Protection Act in 2002, which provided a Roe v. Wade protection, a similar bill was brought up in the Illinois Senate. Obama, as committee chairman, refused to let the bill come up for a vote. However, in a debate with Alan Keyes, he said he would have supported such a bill. Obama’s statements on this and other issues are rife with such dissembling.

40. Barack Obama is the second largest recipient of political contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the corrupt quasi-public mortgage giants that led America into the worst banking crisis since the Great Depression. Barack Obama, according to the Washington Post, is a major recipient of donations from corporate lobbyists, trial lawyers, and PACs, despite his public claims to the contrary. In 2004, when running for the U.S. Senate, he regularly took money from lobbyists. According to documents supplied to the Federal Election Commission by his own campaign, more than 40 federally-registered lobbyists have contributed to his candidacy. Barack Obama obtained grants for six institutions represented by 20 of his lobbyist friends.

41. Barack Obama has refused to take a position on “sanctuary” cities, or those cities which refuse to enforce U.S. immigration laws, even to the point of not reporting incarcerated illegal immigrant criminals to immigration authorities.

42. Barack Obama voted against making English the official language of the United States. He is less concerned about immigrants learning English than in Americans learning Spanish.

43. Barack Obama supports allowing illegal immigrants to participate in Social Security.

44. With Barack Obama in the White House and a democratically-controlled congress, there will be no stopping any legislation, good or bad.

45. Barack Obama would impose rationing upon the American health care system. As has happened in England, Sweden and Canada, we will be taking health care choices away from American citizens who are old and giving it to illegal aliens who are young.
